• Partner with Sales to articulate Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.

• Own technical engagement during trials; communicate value and resolve issues to success.

• Close complex opportunities with competitive knowledge and credibility.
\n
• Deliver product and technical briefings / presentations to potential clients.
\n
• Maintain CRM notes and feedback on customer input, wins and losses.
\n
• Engage customers and internal teams on product feedback and competitive landscape.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Educate customers on observability risks; build and execute evaluation plans.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate business value and technical advantages.
\n
• Experienced in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and .NET.
\n
• 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps.
\n
• Able to sit up to 4 hours; travel to client sites.
\n
• Travel up to 45% of the time.
\n
