  • Technical leadership: lead cross-department initiatives and executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to bridge strategy with hands-on technical execution.
  • Preferred: data modeling, relational databases; healthcare EHR/PACS/workflow auth.
  • Industry certs such as CISSP, CCIE, CISM, ISACA, or CRISC.
