- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL
- Hands-on experience with data replication or ETL tools
- Bonus skills: partner relations, security posture, DBT, Docker/Kubernetes
