- Hands-on SQL and data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, orchestration, BI.
- APIs, integration patterns, and data pipelines; Python for prototyping.
- Enterprise sales cycles with POV/POC expertise.
- AI-native mindset; ability to build internal tools and demos.
- Strong communication and storytelling to practitioners and execs.
- EMEA presence; ideally UK/Ireland with travel flexibility.
