📋 Description

• Own the technical win for GridUnity’s most strategic and complex enterprise deals.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and workshops.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to utility engineers, planners, IT leaders, and executives.
• Help shape best practices and lay the foundation for a future sales engineering team.
• Design and deliver demos aligned to customer workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
• Bridge customer needs back to product and engineering, influencing roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles with large ACV deals.
• Deep understanding of data-centric platforms: systems of record, analytics, integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong domain knowledge of transmission and distribution systems: planning, grid reliability, regulatory frameworks, interconnection challenges.
• Experience with distribution-level interconnection, DER integration, or hosting-capacity modeling.
• Excellent technical communication, ability to translate customer pain points into solution architectures and lead technical discussions.
