🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in data replication or related field
- Proven upsell/expansion experience in existing accounts
- Strong background in database replication, cloud infra, and data architectures
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and dbt, BI tools
- Identify growth signals and translate into expansion strategies
- Excellent communication across technical and business audiences
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL
- Hands-on experience with ETL or data replication tools
