🎯 Requirements
- Consulting & Sales Engineering experience (consultant/SE) to demonstrate insights.
- Enterprise software proficiency, esp. contact center or automation.
- JavaScript programming; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus.
- Low-code & Conversational AI experience; presenting AI tech.
- Contact Center knowledge: SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS; IVR.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian/Portuguese a plus.
