  • Deep understanding of self-funded employer dynamics and data in cost outcomes.
  • Experience selling to major broker/consulting firms (Aon, Gallagher, Mercer, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling, ROI modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, agile SaaS environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong CRM discipline and drive to exceed expectations.
