π― Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales compensation experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
- Administer commission systems end to end entering new hires, updating records, audits, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field (or equivalent); ICM certification highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills; meticulous with detail; adept with Excel; CaptivateIQ or Xactly a plus.
- Clear, precise, empathetic communicator; able to explain calculations to reps or present to leadership.
- Capable of handling confidential information; manage priorities; thrive working remotely.
