  • Own end-to-end administration of sales compensation: commissions, reconciliations, adjustments, payouts.
  • Use ICM tools (CaptivateIQ preferred) and platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake; maintain data integrity.
  • Build scalable processes and training materials for sales and field ops; support monthly accruals and forecasting via scenario modeling.
  • Resolve commission inquiries with clarity and care; be the go-to for compensation questions.
  • Partner with Sales Compensation Management to model and refine commission plans and engagement rules.
  • Lead ad hoc reporting on compensation, headcount, diversity; collaborate with auditors as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales compensation experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
  • Administer commission systems end to end entering new hires, updating records, audits, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field (or equivalent); ICM certification highly preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills; meticulous with detail; adept with Excel; CaptivateIQ or Xactly a plus.
  • Clear, precise, empathetic communicator; able to explain calculations to reps or present to leadership.
  • Capable of handling confidential information; manage priorities; thrive working remotely.
