  • Assist in administering compensation programs within current and future ICM tools
  • Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes and comply with regulations
  • Manage all commission plans per documented sales plans and ensure timely payouts
  • Ensure accuracy of commission expense outputs, reconciliations, and adjustments
  • Verify data accuracy in ICM tools and through manual audits
  • Work with auditors to provide commission documentation, including complex calculations

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Commission systems experience: enter new hires, updates, reports, audits
  • CaptivateIQ admin experience a plus; ICM tool admin cert preferred
  • 3-5 years of Sales Compensation experience with complex plans
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments with rapid context-switching
  • Experience implementing and maintaining an ICM tool preferred
