- Verify data accuracy in ICM tools and through manual audits
- Work with auditors to provide commission documentation, including complex calculations
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Commission systems experience: enter new hires, updates, reports, audits
- CaptivateIQ admin experience a plus; ICM tool admin cert preferred
- 3-5 years of Sales Compensation experience with complex plans
- Experience in hyper-growth environments with rapid context-switching
- Experience implementing and maintaining an ICM tool preferred
