  • Preference for tech/digital media with international sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s in HR; Master’s or certification in Compensation/Benefits is a plus.
  • Analytical, quantitative; discreet with sensitive data.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office; Workday a plus; AI tools valued.
  • English required; Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Adaptable and collaborative; able to lead large Total Rewards projects.
