  • Source FA expansion opportunities within existing customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CSMs to review portfolios and triggers.
  • Engage customers in reviews and touchpoints to uncover needs.
  • Pipeline development and handoff between CSMs and AEs.
  • Campaign collaboration with Marketing and Sales to build FA pipeline.
  • Data management and reporting in CRM to track progress.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS, fintech, or investment mgmt)
  • Fund Administration experience in PE, VC, or real estate
  • Build relationships with CFOs and fund ops leaders to drive expansion
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities in existing portfolios
  • Outbound outreach experience (email, phone, LinkedIn) to current customers
  • CRM discipline in Salesforce; Outreach or Gong is a plus
