Senior Ruby Full-Stack Software Engineer, Disputes Intake

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of high-impact full-stack disputes projects.
• Build and evolve frontend apps, backend services, and APIs for disputes filing.
• Partner with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive system design, reliability, performance, and observability improvements.
• Modernize intake experiences by reducing manual work and enabling smarter workflows.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing software in production at scale.
• Strong full-stack experience building user-facing apps and backend services.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or similar full-stack frameworks, plus React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of large-scale web app architectures focusing on maintainability, performance, reliability.
• Ability to lead complex projects, influence technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
