  • Develop multi-year partner business plan with goals, investments, offerings, and ecosystem development.
  • Drive originated and co-sold pipeline with SIs in collaboration with GTM and product leaders.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new SI partners.
  • Expand ACV and services revenue at target accounts through focused planning.
  • Activate markets with partners across industries and regions.
  • Oversee alliance governance and regional GTM strategy and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships/alliance or related sales roles; GTM experience.
  • Finance, supply chain, or sales domain experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative in strategic planning.
  • Establish credibility with partners and sales teams; enable/coaching mindset.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; strategic problem solver.
  • Customer-focused, achievement-driven with executive presence and presentation skills.
