🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (optional).
At least 3 years in Product Operations.
Strong cross-team collaboration across sales, operations, design, marketing, product, data.
Interest in Web3/Crypto industry.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and fast learning.
Self-motivated with strong product ownership.
