🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years in analytics with experience in commercial decision making, GTM, or revenue focus; fintech a plus
- Proven experience working with customers and senior stakeholders; influence decisions with data
- Translate complex analysis into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations
- Independent, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple initiatives across regions and time zones
- Experience with Python or SQL; hands-on data tools
