- Track deadlines, risks, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time submission
- Ensure compliance with technical, security, pricing, and contractual requirements
π― Requirements
- 3β5+ years in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, or solution engineering
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with SaaS business models strongly preferred
- Experience with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, Arphie) a plus
