  • Experience evaluating and rolling out new tools (requirements, procurement, enablement).
  • Identify gaps in workflows and tooling; turn them into scalable improvements.
  • Experience owning vendor relationships and operational rhythms (renewals, QBRs, provisioning).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; building dashboards and reports for revenue teams.
