  • Design/maintain lead routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle.
  • Own top-of-funnel ops: routing, attribution, campaign tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing for multi-channel campaigns and measurement.
  • Advanced Excel; proficient in Salesforce and Jira; Google/Office tools.
  • Experience with large data sets; dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Mode.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
