📋 Description

  • Partner with Revenue leadership to drive planning, territory design, quota setting.
  • Own forecasting and performance analysis across bookings, renewals, expansion.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for data‑driven decision making.
  • Optimize GTM processes and tools to enable efficient pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems on lead management.
  • Lead compensation design to align incentives with company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple revenue functions (Sales, CS, Renewals).
  • Forecasting, planning, territory design, quota setting, and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and key metrics.
  • Advanced analytics with Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Salesforce expertise; familiarity with Gong, LeanData, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
