🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Ops in high-growth SaaS.
  • Deep CRM expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot; build workflows, maintain data.
  • Strong marketing operations: lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle, funnel reporting.
  • Hands-on with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Clear, proactive communicator with cross-functional work across US hours.
