  • Own and drive RevOps initiatives: systems, reporting, forecasting, territories.
  • Own Salesforce and GTM tech stack; evaluate, purchase, implement tools.
  • Reimagine RevOps for the AI era with scalable systems across GTM.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance, Legal, and C-suite to align.
  • Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing RevOps team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in RevOps or related Ops at a fast-growth SaaS.
  • Strong RevOps practices understanding.
  • Highly analytical; SQL knowledge a plus.
  • Hands-on with modern SaaS stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach).
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and present to C-suite.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation.
  • 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
