- Own and drive RevOps initiatives: systems, reporting, forecasting, territories.
- Own Salesforce and GTM tech stack; evaluate, purchase, implement tools.
- Reimagine RevOps for the AI era with scalable systems across GTM.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance, Legal, and C-suite to align.
- Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing RevOps team.
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in RevOps or related Ops at a fast-growth SaaS.
- Strong RevOps practices understanding.
- Highly analytical; SQL knowledge a plus.
- Hands-on with modern SaaS stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach).
- Proven ability to partner with Sales and present to C-suite.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation.
- 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
