📋 Description

  • Own and operate our deal desk processes for accurate, efficient deals
  • Manage sales compensation workflows, including commission tracking
  • Be the go-to partner for sales reps through deal structuring, pricing & approvals
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM (HubSpot, transitioning to Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate deal data and payouts
  • Identify and implement process improvements across systems and tools

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), CPQ tools, and commission software (QuotaPath or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor—you thrive in the weeds but see the big picture
  • A bias toward ownership and follow-through; you ensure systems work end-to-end
  • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and RevOps
  • Curious mindset and drive to improve processes—not just operate them
