- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate deal data and payouts

🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), CPQ tools, and commission software (QuotaPath or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and operational rigor—you thrive in the weeds but see the big picture
- A bias toward ownership and follow-through; you ensure systems work end-to-end
- Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and RevOps
- Curious mindset and drive to improve processes—not just operate them
