  • Support Post-Sales via reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and systems updates.
  • Improve visibility across renewals, upsell/cross-sell, churn prevention.
  • Contribute to performance tracking, forecasting, incentive/quota analysis, and coverage modeling.
  • Maintain data models and dashboards powering the Post-Sales org.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Systems, and Data teams to strengthen Revenue Operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in revenue operations or related areas; Fintech/SaaS preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with complex concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with high data precision and accuracy.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills; Excel proficient.
  • Moderate SQL with Looker/Hex; Salesforce CRM familiarity; AI tools a plus.
