Senior Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day revenue accounting, journals, reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance.
• Document technical accounting conclusions for complex contracts (hardware, SaaS, services).
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve revenue issues and optimize order-to-cash.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close, analytics, and revenue reporting.
• Maintain internal controls; support internal/external audits, including SOX.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Coach and develop team; foster a high-performance culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years revenue accounting in a public company; ASC 606 experience.
• Technical expertise in complex revenue across hardware, SaaS, and services.
• SOX-compliance experience and audits.
• Cross-functional partnership with Sales, FP&A, IT, and Operations.
• ERP experience (D365 or similar); advanced Excel.
• Automation tools: Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Salesforce, RevStream.
