Senior Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day revenue accounting incl. streams, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition accuracy.
• Document technical accounting conclusions for complex contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve revenue issues and optimize O2C.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close, analytics, and revenue reporting.
• Maintain internal controls; support audits including SOX compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Coach and develop team; foster a high-performance culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years revenue accounting in public company with ASC 606.
• Strong expertise in complex revenue arrangements (hardware, SaaS, services).
• SOX-compliant environment experience and audits.
• ERP experience (D365 or similar); advanced Excel.
• Cross-functional partnership with Sales, FP&A, IT, Operations.
• Automation and data tools: Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Salesforce, RevStream.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate accounting.
