Senior Revenue Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee full-cycle global revenue accounting and forecasting across SmartBear’s portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end revenue accounting: recording, reconciling, and monthly reporting.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and integration across revenue operations.
• Maintain NetSuite data: SKU audits, standalone selling prices, and revenue arrangements.
• Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc revenue reporting and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of revenue experience, including full-cycle billing and revenue recognition.
• Experience with automation or process improvement in accounting systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, or Chargebee (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
