🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
- 4–6 years progressive accounting; Big 4 and industry a plus.
- Solid understanding of ASC 606, US GAAP/IFRS and consolidated reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite, Google Sheets, SQL; Claude and ChatGPT AI tools.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive mindset aligned with Homebase's core principles.
