- Understand end-to-end order-to-cash and impact on revenue reporting
- Perform monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure revenue is recorded accurately per accounting standards
- Prepare and record journal entries related to revenue, deferred revenue, and related accounts
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Operations, FP&A, and IT to ensure correct accounting treatment
- Support the design and maintenance of revenue reporting and analytics
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
- 2–5+ years accounting experience, revenue accounting preferred
- Experience in a SaaS/tech/services business is a plus
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 preferred)
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Legal, and Professional Services
