Senior Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Develop understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and revenue reporting.
• Perform monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure revenue and COGS accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, and cost accounting.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Operations, FP&A, and IT.
• Support the design and maintenance of revenue reporting and analytics.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, with revenue accounting preferred
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or services-based business environment is a plus
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Professional Services teams
