Senior Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Understand end-to-end order-to-cash and impact on revenue.
• Perform monthly/quarterly analytics to ensure revenue and COGS accuracy.
• Prepare and record journal entries for revenue and deferred revenue.
• Partner with Sales, PS, Ops, FP&A, and IT for proper reporting.
• Support design and maintenance of revenue reporting analytics.
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, with revenue accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or services-based business environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 experience preferred).
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Professional Services teams.
