Own revenue accounting for SaaS/software contracts per ASC 606.
Manage Transaction Fee contracts and other revenue streams.
Review contracts to identify performance obligations and determine transaction price.
Prepare revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close analyses.
Monitor contract milestones and ensure timely invoicing with Billing and Sales Operations.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of revenue processes, controls, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

CPA designation (active or inactive).
5+ years in SaaS/software revenue recognition.
Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 for software and SaaS.
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
Ability to interpret complex software contracts and ASC 606 judgment.
Advanced Excel and experience with revenue tools.
