- Develop customer journeys and loyalty programs to boost LTV.
- Klaviyo or similar ESP; Shopify; Privy/JustUno/Yotpo/Octane AI.
- SMS platforms experience: Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex ideas.
