🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years in a reporting/analytics role, preferably retail
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales, labor, traffic, store ops)
- Hands-on dashboards in ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI
- Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL or similar
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail and data quality
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities
