🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of creative workflow, skill sets, and staffing dependencies.
- Experience with talent sourcing, capacity planning, budget management.
- Mastery of resourcing and project management tools (Float, Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience developing and optimizing systems and workflows for creative orgs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; empathetic, diplomatic, and mediating conflicts.
