📋 Description

• Build cross-functional research partnerships to identify questions.
• Plan and communicate research needs with PM, Design, CX, and others.
• Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research end-to-end.
• Evaluate Product-led initiatives with Product and Business owners.
• Escalate timing/resource issues to protect research commitments.
• Translate insights into action with executive-ready deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Generative research: interviews, ethnographies, case studies.
• Evaluative research: usability testing, metric definition.
• Quantitative methods: survey design, data analysis.
• Data analysis: internal/external data to guide research; Looker, Excel, Unwrap.
• Spanish-English bilingual research expertise.
• Pattern spotting and healthcare empathy.
