Senior Research Scientist - Personalization

📋 Description

• Conduct original ML/AI research focusing on foundation models and generative AI
• Develop novel methods, models, and evaluation for personalization
• Design and run rigorous experiments to validate ideas
• Publish and present findings in scientific venues
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate insights into product opportunities
• Define and evolve a forward-looking research agenda

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in ML/AI or related field (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of ML/AI research experience in industry or academia
• Publications or top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR
• Deep ML knowledge with experience in recommender systems, generative models, or representation learning
• Experience designing experiments and validating ideas on real-world data
• Collaborative, curious, and able to work with cross-functional teams
