🎯 Requirements

5+ years in UX Research or related field
Experience with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced envs
Exceptional communication and storytelling to engage executives
Highly collaborative and organized; able to navigate ambiguity
Comfortable balancing strategic and hands-on execution
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
