• Own end-to-end model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain production models and update for drift in live environments.
• Establish software engineering practices across the research team.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and evaluation frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in a STEM field (PhD in CS preferred).
• 4+ years in ML research and engineering, taking models to production.
• Hands-on LM fine-tuning, SFT, RLHF in production settings.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; TypeScript is a plus; CI/CD.
• Mentor researchers; uphold engineering standards in research teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity; thrive in rapid product iteration.
