📋 Description

• Conduct quantitative evaluations of models with real-world data.
• Develop and validate metrics reflecting outcomes for providers and patients.
• Design analyses addressing core research questions including causal effects.
• Build familiarity with metrics and evaluation frameworks; challenge assumptions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, science, and data teams for credibility.
• Translate analyses into clear data-driven narratives for product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years SQL and Python or R; experience with data pipelines.
• 3+ years data science in academic or industry settings with complex data.
• Bridge data engineering to applied science; develop pipelines.
• Code-based visualization tools: Seaborn, ggplot2.
• Must be willing to work from NYC office at least 3x/week; hybrid model.
• Excellent communicator; deliver findings to non-technical stakeholders.
