- Familiarity with molecular biology, genomics, NGS, and related workflows.
- Experiment design, data interpretation, and reporting.
- High attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Precise manual pipetting.
- Clear, proactive communication and teamwork across groups.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to develop new processes.
- Flexible and motivated to learn; adaptable to change.
