- Experience in MoA, ligand-binding, ADCC, CDC, ADCP assays.
- Experience in reporter cell-based assays.
- Flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blot, qPCR, multiplexing.
- Proficiency with GraphPad Prism and SoftMax Pro.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
