🎯 Requirements
- Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library prep, and hybrid capture
- Hands-on experience in NGS-based assays
- Experience with high-throughput automated assays using liquid handlers
- BA/BS with 4 yrs or MS with 2 yrs in assay development and automation
- Experience in developing/validating automated CLIA protocols; strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
