📋 Description

  • Maintain strong relationships with AMER Velocity customers for renewal support.
  • Monitor portfolio health to maximize retention and value.
  • Own renewals; resolve issues, mitigate churn, and close contracts.
  • Develop product knowledge to conduct discovery calls and value-based demos.
  • Identify early churn signals through product usage and contract trends.
  • Forecast renewal outcomes for a rolling 6 months and provide status updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in account or renewal management within high-volume B2B SaaS.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused with curiosity about customers’ businesses.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to improve workflows and handle high-volume portfolios.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
