  • Fluent German and excellent English.
  • Proven renewals ownership with GRR/NRR success and churn reduction.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field.
