🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in renewals or quota-carrying roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success owning renewals, GRR and NRR
  • On-time renewals, churn reduction, pricing optimization
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management
  • Fluency in German and excellent English
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
