π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or quota-carrying roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven success owning renewals with GRR/NRR, on-time renewals, churn reduction, pricing optimisation, forecasting
- Strong knowledge of subscription contracts and value-led negotiations
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional initiatives
- Fluent German and excellent English communication
