  • Own end-to-end renewals for strategic EMEA accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a value-led renewal experience and reduce churn risk.
  • Proactively protect and expand recurring revenue across your territory, engaging champions, end users, and economic buyers.
  • Maintain a defined renewal portfolio with an audit-ready pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Identify renewal risks early (usage trends, pricing concerns) and drive mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product to deliver seamless renewal outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or quota-carrying roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success owning renewals with GRR/NRR, on-time renewals, churn reduction, pricing optimisation, forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of subscription contracts and value-led negotiations
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluent German and excellent English communication
