- Own and manage the renewals process for Tines' customer portfolio.
- Proactively identify accounts nearing renewal and secure renewals.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies, including multi-year agreements.
- Collaborate with CSMs and AEs to assess customer health.
- Track renewal metrics and provide forecasts to leadership.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying sales.
- Proven success hitting targets and driving retention or growth.
- Experience with technical products, esp. cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
- Understanding of security operations, workflows, and security teams' challenges.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with technical stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
