  • Own and manage the renewals process for Tines' customer portfolio.
  • Proactively identify accounts nearing renewal and secure renewals.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies, including multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with CSMs and AEs to assess customer health.
  • Track renewal metrics and provide forecasts to leadership.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying sales.
  • Proven success hitting targets and driving retention or growth.
  • Experience with technical products, esp. cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Understanding of security operations, workflows, and security teams' challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with technical stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
