  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Stripe or other billing platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • SaaS contracts, licensing, and billing knowledge.
  • KPIs: renewals, churn, on-time renewals, forecasting.
