- Strong communication and negotiation with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Stripe or other billing platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- SaaS contracts, licensing, and billing knowledge.
- KPIs: renewals, churn, on-time renewals, forecasting.
