  • 4+ years in renewals or customer success in SaaS.
  • Willing to work APAC hours as needed.
  • Experience managing a book of business with high volume.
  • Strong communication and negotiation with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort with Salesforce, Stripe/Billing platforms, and similar tools.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Preferred: experience in PLG, freemium, or usage-based models.
  • Familiarity with SaaS contracts, licensing, and billing structures.
