- 4+ years in renewals or customer success in SaaS.
- Willing to work APAC hours as needed.
- Experience managing a book of business with high volume.
- Strong communication and negotiation with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with Salesforce, Stripe/Billing platforms, and similar tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience in PLG, freemium, or usage-based models.
- Familiarity with SaaS contracts, licensing, and billing structures.
